Some mobile  games are developed to be played using the communications technologies present in the device and/or  provided by the service provider/carrier, such as by  text message (SMS), multimedia message (MMS)  or GPRS location identification. Mobile games are  presently authored on the Java, BREW or Symbian  development platform
