Subscription plan scope is per project, not per user account, so for the project you need to have an active subscription plan.
For some countries, we accept payment in local currencies, currently GCC, Turkey, and Egypt only.
We do not offer a refund; you may cancel your project subscription at any time; however, you will be able to use the service until the next billing cycle.
It's not allowed to use any of Appgain Inc.'s products or services in connection with any app or business that constitutes or promotes gambling, adult media, inflammatory religious content, violence, and/or any known associations with hate, criminal and/or terrorist activities, discrimination, racism, harassment, or hate speech against any individual or group, or tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, firearms, or ammunition.
Thanks to integration, we support all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Maestro, and Discover); also, we support wire transfer.
We'll be sad to see you go, but of course, you can take your subscribers with you, should you choose to leave. Please contact our support via live chat, and we will make sure your transition is smooth. This is only available for the paid plans, though.
Free Projects will be deleted if they remain inactive for 30 days, meaning the SDK/API/Shopify Store integration has not been done and our backend has not received any data from you for 30 days.
